Innovation in Education

Come to spend a day, part of a day or just a lunch to think about innovation in education. Learning space design can be a huge lever change for a school district. Students that thrive in modern learning do so in spaces that support them and their ideas. Traditional classrooms are failing the modern learner, and there are so many hacks, tips, and tools to support the revitalization of learning spaces. Join the conversation about why designing intentional learning spaces matter.
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Dr. Robert Dillion, author of books on best practices in learning, will look at innovation through Space Design.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Join John Balash, new Educational Network Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University Entertainment Technology Center, for a lunch meet and greet. Lunch will be provided.
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Dr. Robert Dillion will faciliate sharing of best practices from schools and leaders from around country with local district leaders from Duquense City School District, Keystone Oaks School District and Cornell School District.
